Wyatt Burp- the fastest drool in the West!

Howdy partner!

Good ahead make my day!

Quick draw!

Get down at the ho down

Well, Hello ladies.....

New dog, New Tricks

Wyatt is 3.5 months old now and is weighing in at about 14lbs. He is in the 70 th percentile for height and weight. And he is of course very advanced for his age, in additon to rolling over both ways he has many new talents.

Last week Wyatt discovered his hands. He stares intently at them in front of his face and is now reaching for things.
He also stands up and is working on his career in modeling.

He is reading!!!
And he also enjoys bungee bouncing in his free time

And he cries real tears now :( His papa taught him this.

Birch Tapping

Despite all the warnings about how much work it is to make syrup from birch sap we thought we would give it a go. The ratio of sap to syrup is about 100:1, so its a lot of boiling to get a little bit of syrup- don't expect birch syrup for Christmas! But so far we have not actually gotten any sap so we will see. The local expert said it should start flowing any day.

The dogs were excited becuase they thought maybe we could tap some squirrels while we were at it.

Spring Has Sprung-Finally!

Well it appears as though spring is finally here. The snow is pretty much gone and we have been enjoying the long days and warmer weather. It has been perfect for getting out on walks with Mr. Little and the dogs.Wyatt almost always falls asleep before we get to the end of the driveway.

Nice view from the front 30.

The dogs love spring time!

Luckily there was still a little snow around to cool off in.

Wyatt chillin' on the porch enjoying the nice weather.

Beautiful Baby Girl

We finally got meet Josh and Kellie's little girl, Noel. She is six weeks old and super cute!

Shi and Dave Visit

Just a couple pics fro when Dave and Shiway came all the way from Seward to visit thier old pals in the interior. As ususal Dave and Jeff went out on the trap line and Shiway and I made silly faces at the baby and talked about important stuff like babies and weddings :)

Don't be scared Dave, babies dont bite!

Wyatt modeling the hat Shiway made for him- CUTE!!

Bountiful Babies

The Mason side of the family experienced a growth spurt this winter- three babies in three months!! We all got together in IN at the grandparents house, it was a hoot to have all the Mason siblings and thier babies all together.

Jeff and Wyatt, Liz and Ana, Ben and Will.

Ann with her babies- Alex, Ryan and Kate.

Ana Kathryn (Born Dec. 17th), William Jeffrey (Feb. 17th) and Wyatt James (Jan. 6th).

It was pretty hard to get all the babies together and happy at once. Poor little Will had had just about enough of picture taking....

Will's big cousins showing concern for his well being.

A half dozen cousins! Alex with Will, Kate with Ana and Ryan with Wyatt.

Grandma Sherry and Grandpa Bob had their work cut out for them- so many Grandkids to spoil and so little time!!

We timed our visit perfectly to catch the gorgeous spring weather. It hit 80 degrees one day in WI and stayed right around 60 the rest of the time. There was even green grass and flowers!

Will let Wyatt borrow his cool shades for our afternoon in the park.

Will snoozes in the shade.

Whats wrong with this picture?? No babies!! Mike and Ann enjoy a moment with their hands free.

Checking each other out.

Uncle Ben can't take the heat.

Kate and Uncle Jeff- quite the pair!

Mother and son.

Mother and daughter.

Auntie Ann and baby Ana.

Ann said as cute as all these baies are she is happy she doesn't have any right now- can you believe that?? Who wouldn't want more of these??

Jeff's mom said she had pretty much given up hope of getting a Grandchild from him!!

Happy Birthday Alex!! We celebrated with Gramma's homemade ice cream cake-Yum!!

We had a terrific visit with all of our family and friends-Wyatt was really getting used to all the love and attention. We miss you all!!

First Family Vacation

Our first trip "Outside" with Wyatt was a success. We spent 5 days in WI and 5 days in IN visiting family and friends.

Wyatt's very first plane ride was on this disney plane. He did great in the air- very little crying and lots of sleeping, what a good baby!

Wyatt got to meet his Grandpa Gary.

Gramma Pam was amazed with how much Wyatt had grown since her visit to AK in January.

Great Gramma Evie and Great Grandpa Jim had lots of love and hugs for baby Wyatt

Grandpa should be ashamed of himself.....pinching such a nice little baby!!

Its was Wyatt's cousin Dru's 6th Birthday so we celebrated by going to a HUGE water park in the WI Dells- talk about a madhouse!!! Jeff and I being the country bumkins were a little overhelmed but the kids loved it!
Well...Wyatt may not have loved it but he tolerated it :)

Auntie Andrea FINALLY got to meet her new nephew- yeah!!!

Uncle Jeff took his turn playing with the kids in the wave pool.

My neice, Lexi, looking lovely in her little mermaid towel.

My nephew, Dru, showing off his big blue eyes.

My good friend Deb, her daughter Edie and husband Dave drove in from MN to meet Wyatt and join in the fun.

Another good frined of mine from College also came for the day on Sunday with her daugther Hannah and husband Larry. I am so glad we all could get together again!!

The dads would have perferred to stay in the room watching basketball and drinking beer.

Happy Birthday Dru!!!
