I got a request from Charles (Hi Charles!) awhile back for some pictures of the small dog. I am sad to say that since Wyatt's arrival the dogs have not made it in too many photos. But here are a few that I dug up from the archives. Tecate is doing well although he is having some hip issues, the vet says he has the hips of a 10 year old dog. He gets pretty stiff once in a while but overall it certainly doesn't seem to slow him down any- just ask the neighborhood rabbits.
One of my favorite Tecate poses. He can be found like this pretty much whenever he is not parked under Wyatt's highchair :)
My second favorite Tecate pose- the head stand. He even taught John's puppy to do it.
He got stuck under the porch last spring. We coaxed and pulled and finally just had to get into the car, start it up and pretend we were leaving to get him to struggle his way out.

Thanks so much for the Tecate pix...it's amazing, but last fall we adopted a pound dog that is very parecido a Tecate, right down to the little white blaze on his chest, and named him Tupelo...you can check out pix on my flickr account (username chickadee),,,
In any case, Wyatt looks great, and I hope we make it back up to AK sometime next year and get a chance to see you all again. Take care and keep posting!
